Earlier today, I've read an article in Yahoo mentioning Sean Kingston involved in a jet ski crash. Report said that the singer of the 2007 hit song, "Beautiful Girls" was initially in a critical condition right after the jet ski crash. He is now in the Intensive Care Unit and in a more stable medical condition... good new!
