Almost 24 hours after Typhoon hit Manila area the water level is still past six feet in some areas. In fact, my friend who lives in Rosario Pasig is so worried right now because the water is still six feet high. Her baby is non-stop crying because of the trauma and no food intake since this morning. She is so helpless; not even us can help her family because of the flooded area.
